Our implementation process

In the kick-off phase, you will get to know your personal contact and then start with the setup table. The data is checked and approved.
In step 2, your data can be transferred to the software. Your project manager creates your instance and a quality check is carried out.
You will receive your login data, be trained for your app settings and can fill in any outstanding areas.
You now have time to test the daily business tasks with different employee roles. Questions are collected and answered with your personal project manager.
From now on, our support is always available for you and will continue to accompany you in your use of jacando.
